Wordfinder is a simple magazine wordpress theme.This theme provide a very simple layout for users who want to start a blog very quickly but with a minimal layout style. Jquery Effect Integration
In order to improve the design of hover effect for links, images and divs on index was implemented some jQuery Effects.The integration is valid for both index page, diary and minimal and can be changed on the wordfinder.js file and the relatives code on the css.
W3C Validation and Browsers Support
Wordfinder Theme has reached the W3C standard xhtml and css 2.1 validation.The theme support CSS 2.1 standard and run great on Chrome 8(and older), Chrome 9 Beta, IE7, IE8, Firefox 3.6.13 (and older), Opera 11, Opera 10 (and older), Safari. For Mobile version there isn't a support yet but in the future will be.

This looks great, thank you. Just tested it but got a T_String error on line 1 of theme-js.php. Fixed it for myself but I believe there is a space issue.

Hi i am using wordfinder theme, i added contact form.
Every thing is ok but when i add checkbox, radio button, or dropdown select elements in my form they look not so good.
I think there is no css for them.. How can i add css for them ?

Hi, thanks for the notice the bug.
You can solve the problem just putting on your css and on the css color the following lines
input [ type = radio ] {css lines}
input [ type = checkbox ] {css lines}
Just define the type of input (radio, checkbox or whatever you want) in the brackets and then insert your css.

- Facebook link doesn’t work as i would : it displays the same name as twitter account whereas i put 2 different names correctly in BO.

Now answering to your questions:
1- I checked the problem and i discovered a bug i made on sidebar.php, the echo for the facebook link recall the twitter link.
If you want to do on your own this is the right code lines for the facebook link to replace:

For one time, i can find wordpress theme which matches with my need… So if you could help me, it would be nice
This seems be very strange, i checked in local, and there’s no kind of error similar to yours.Maybe try to change on search.php the function wpe_excerpt with the_content or the_excerpt.
I must admit that wordfinder is my first theme and is full of bugs.Now that i have more experience i will try to make it more simple for the customization.

I wanted to install Word Finder today but received the following error. I converted the .rar to .zip
“The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet”
Whne trying to install the rar file I have the following error:
“the package could not be installed. pclzip_err_bad_format (-10) : unable to find end of central dir record signature”
